The Adarte publishing company, although very young as regards the date it was set up (2003), was formed already mature as it was founded on the many years of experience of numerous professional skills, all related to creative activities in some way, but mainly with a solid experience in art publishing.

In a world dominated by haste and the search for productivity at all costs, our choice opposes the general trend: slow the pace, search carefully, recapture the pleasure of doing to dedicate to the book all the care it deserves and make professional, very high-level publications. That is AdArte's way.

Paper, printing, binding, format and print run are not just passive instruments for making a publication: the greatest attention is dedicated to each stage so that in the book the reader can find the pleasure of an article to own and leaf through.

The first titles published, or that will be coming out soon, are dedicated to painting, sculpture, photography, architecture, design, applied arts and archaeology.

In particular, we look for editions that are now unobtainable to re-propose them, made topical but with full regard to the original project, to the more refined readers. An edition in English is made of some of these for the first time, so that they can be discovered by an international public.
